The Low Bowl Cover

The wiping edge of the Low Bowl Cover is straight and low. It is intended to handle foods that are very rich and therefore require only a small portion to be served at a time (i.e., M&M's or some cereals served with milk), or creamy in texture (i.e., pudding ). This type of food texture needs to be compacted onto the spoon and the spoon leveled.  The Low  Bowl Cover helps to accomplish this by firmly compacting the food on the spoon. A rendering of the Low Cover is shown below. Note that the food wiping edge is straight. With the rendering, it is easier to see the shape of the cover. The actual cover, however, is completely transparent so that the food in the bowl can be easily seen through the cover. The cover is made of Lexan^TM, an FDA approved polycarbonate plastic that is highly resistant to scratching. The cover is dishwasher and microwave oven safe. The Low Bowl Cover is especially useful for children or people who require small portions of food.  It also should be used while a new user is become familiar with the Partner.  Thus, they will become acquainted with the Partner operation without being confronted by large portions of food.
